The Trip To Rome

On October 15th we went on a trip to one of the most beautiful city in the world : Rome.

Our trip started with a long walk in the streets of Rome. We saw a lot of beautiful pieces of the Roman architecture, that we absolutely enjoyed.

"Fontana di Trevi" was one of the first things that we saw. There we tried to make a wish by throwing a coin, like all normal tourists do.

We also saw "The Pantheon"and "Piazza di Spagna". Then we continued our walk since at the "Leonardo da Vinci  museum".

It is near the "Piazza del Popolo" so we first visited it.

This is a group phot of the italian teams in the square of Vaticano,we took a lot of pictures too. Always remember those amazing moments.

In this museum we could learn a lot of things about Leonardo

da Vinci who is the subject of the Erasmus project,as we all know.

In the first part of the visit we saw some certificate recreations of his most famous paintings like "Mona Lisa" and "The Lady with an Ermine".We talked a lot about the theories behind his paintings and we also discovered some fun facts about them.

In the second part of the visit we saw his inventions and we found out that without Leonardo a lot of inventions that we used today wouldn't exist.

At the end of the visit we continued our walk in Rome.

This time on our walk we saw some really famous Roman monuments, like the Milite Ignoto.

During the walk the italian teachers explained some monuments and told us their stories and it was pretty interesting.

Our last stop was the "Colosseum".Everybody was really excited to saw it,even we couldn't enter inside we enjoyed it on the outside.

Our amazing day in Rome finished with a big pizza all togheter.

According to me this trip to Rome was amazing, we saw some of the Italian's most beautiful monuments and we had fun learning and enjoying the moments.
